How to register your child for a reserved time:

All registrations will be taken online via our parent portal.

 1. Create an account in the parent portal

2. Browse through the various programs we offer and find which program you are interested in.

3. Please note that some days and times may not be available for an immediate opening. You may select the days and times that you are interested in and request to be put on our wait list.

4. If a day and time you are interested in is available, you may submit a request to set up a free trial, where your child can preview the day and time with no obligation. You will receive an email shortly which will either approve or deny the request for a trial.  Requests may be denied in the event that the day and time is no longer available. If the day and time you are requesting is unavailable, your child will be placed on the waiting list. Please note that we require 24 hour notice to schedule a free trial. Same day requests will be scheduled for the following week.

5. After your child's free trial, if you would would like to enroll, payments will be due for the annual registration fee and session tuition by 8:00pm on the day of your free trial.

Registration & Tuition Payments

Students’ must have a current online registration, completed and electronically signed by a parent or legal guardian,  prior to participation in any Island Tumblers Gymnastics activity.

Email Address Required – Island Tumblers Gymnastics communicates mainly through email by sending information on current news/updates, as well as monthly billing statements. Be sure to click "yes" to receive all emails such as monthly newsletters and important noticed regarding gym closures and more. Email addresses, as well as other registration information must be kept current and all changes should be reported to the front desk so accounts can be updated as needed. You can easily update all your information online at anytime for your convenience.

Annual Registration Fee: Annual registration fees, $50 per individual or $85 per family, are due every year in the month in which you originally registered. 

Session Tuition – Tuition for each session is due prior to the start of each session. Exact session dates and tuition due dates can be found on our website. For your convenience an email reminder regarding upcoming dues will be sent to your email address on file one week prior to the start of each session.

Automatic Billing - Payment information for Auto-Pay will be required for all accounts. Auto-pay charges will usually be processed on the Sunday one week prior to the start of each session. If families wish to pay by another method other than their card on file, they can do so anytime prior to the date that auto-pay charges are processed. If payment is not received by the last Saturday of the previous session, your child will be removed from the program as well as all wait lists and you will be charged for all of the classes which we have held your child's spot.

Late Fee: A $25 late fee will be applied to any outstanding balances that are remaining after the fifth day of the session.

There is a $20.00 returned check fee applied to all returned checks.
